Lawrlwytho PDFMinutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Community Council held on Monday 12th May 2014 at 7.30 pm at the Community Centre.
Present:- Cllr D .S. Gwynne Davies(Chairman) Cllr Mary Pearce (Vice-Chairman), Dafydd Lloyd-Jones, Maria Tofani, John Ll Griffiths. Ann Jones, Eirwen James, Emmanuel Kincaid, Rhodri Evans.
1. Apologies
Councillor Wynne Davies apologised for his inability to attend.
2. Personal
None.
3. Matters arising from the minutes of the A.G.M. 2013/2014
The Council are informed that the planning gain for Cysgod Y Llan still stands.
4. On the proposition of the Councillor Dafydd Lloyd-Jones and seconded by Cllr Maria Tofani the Council authorised the Chairman to sign the A.G.M. minutes for May 12th 2014.
5. Report of the Council’s work for 2012/13.

7. Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman
Councillor Mary Pearce was appointed Chairman proposed by CllrGwyn Davies and seconded by Cllr Ann Jones and Cllr Maria Tofani was appointed Vice-Chairman proposed by Cllr Rhodri Evans and seconded by Cllr John Griffiths.
8. Appointment of Treasurer
It was resolved that Mr Gareth Jones be re-appointed as treasurer.
9. Representative on the Playing Field Committee and Community Centre.
Councillor Wyn Davies was appointed to represent the Council on this Committee.
10. Chairmans Allowance
It was resolved that the Chairman’s allowance stayed the same £50 00
