Regulation 15(1) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that Responsible Financial Officer of Llanddewi Brefi Community Council sign and date the statement of accounts, and certify that it properly presents Llanddewi Brefi Community’s receipts and payments for the year. The Regulations required that this be completed by 30 June 2025.

The Responsible Financial Officer signed and certified the accounts on 29 June 2025. 

Regulation 15(2) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that following the certification by the Responsible Financial Officer referred to above, the Council must approve the accounts. The Regulations require that this be completed by 30 June 2025.

The Council has not yet approved the accounts due to delay in completion of the internal audit report.
