Minutes of the Extra Ordinary Meeting of the Council held on Thursday July 9th 2026 at 8:00pm in the Community Centre.
Draft minutes are published in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 and are subject to approval at the next ordinary meeting of the Community Council.

1.Welcome
The Chairperson welcomed everyone to the meeting.
2. To receive apologies.
Cllrs : Bethan Griffiths , Pat Parry
Extend condolences to Pat Parry on the loss of her sister. It was resolved to send a card on behalf of the community council.
3. Declarations of interest.
None
4.Audit Wales – To approve the Annual Return for the year ended 31/03/2026
It was resolved to approve the annual return. Notification to be displayed in council noticeboards.
5. Any Other Business
Further communication was received by Cadnocomms requesting a meeting. It was resolved to ask them to attend this month’s meeting.
The meeting with Llangeitho Community Council had to be cancelled at the end of June due to Llangeitho Community Council Chair being on holiday. The meeting has been rescheduled for Monday July 27th at 8:00pm at Llangeitho.
Due to a Bingo being held at Ysgol Henry Richard on Monday July 13th it was resolved to move the next meeting to Friday, July 17th at 7:30pm.
