Ceredigion County Council proposes multiple changes to speed limits within Ceredigion as part of the change to the National speed limit being introduced by the Welsh Government in 2023, to drop existing 30mph limits to 20mph though some roads will meet criteria to remain what are known as exceptional 30mph limits.
