Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Community Council held on 12th October 2020 at 7.00 pm on Zoom.

Present – Councillors John Ll. Griffiths, Eirwen James, Emmanuel Kincaid, Lynet Pugh, Rhodri Evans, Dafydd Lloyd-Jones,  Caryl H. Jones, Beth Anthony.

1. Apologies

Councillor Enfys H Davies  apologised for her inability to attend.

2. Personal
None.

3. Matters arising from the minutes of the A.G.M. 2018/2019
None.

4. On the proposition of Councillor Eirwen James and seconded by Councillor Emmanuel Kincaid the Council authorised the Chairman to sign the A.G.M Minutes for May 2019.

5. Report of the Council’s work for 2019/20.

6. Financial report.

Current A/c. £   100.00

High Int A/c  £5,776.04

7. Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman

Councillor John Ll Griffiths was appointed Chairman and Councillor Caryl H. Jones was appointed Vice-Chair until the next A.G.M. because of Covid Restrictions.

8. Appointment of Treasurer
It was resolved that Mr Gareth Jones be re-appointed as treasurer.

9. Representative on the Playing Field Committee and Community Centre.
Councillor Lynet Pugh was appointed to represent the Council on this Committee.

10. Mawndiroedd

It was decided to elect the same people back on to the Mawndiroedd Committee.

11. Chairmans Allowance
It was resolved to leave the allowance at £50.00.
