A meeting of the Community Council will be held on Monday 16th May 2022 at 7:30pm in the Community Centre.

  1. To receive apologies.
  2. Declarations of interest.
  3. To review and adopt the Code of Conduct for members of Llanddewi Brefi Community Council. 
  4. To review and adopt a Local Resolution Protocol.
  5. To appoint a Designated safeguarding lead (DSL) and Volunteer co-ordinator.
  6. To review and adopt a Data protection policy and procedures.
  7. To review and adopt a Safeguarding policy.
  8. To approve renewal of the Council’s insurance for 2022-2023, and authorise payment. 
  9. To consider publicity and review progress with Cynnal Llanddewi Brefi LEADER Grant project.
  10. To receive a draft of the Annual return for 2021-2022.
  11. To review progress with the Llanddewi Brefi Jubilee project.
