Minutes of the Community Council Meeting held on 14th June 2021 on Zoom
Present:-

Councillors Eirwen James(Chair), Emmanuel Kincaid, Beth Anthony, Lynet Pugh, Enfys H Davies, Dafydd Lloyd-Jones.

1. Apologies:- 
Councillors Rhodri Evans, Caryl H Jones and John Ll Griffiths apologised for their inability to attend.

2. Personal Matters.
The Council congratulated Mrs Ann Jones on her appointed new role as NFWI Chairman.

3. Declaration of Interest

Cllr Enfys H. Davies declared her interest on planning application A210501 Awel y Bryn.

4. Minutes
On the proposition of Councillor Enfys H. Davies and seconded by Cllr Dafyd Ll Jones the Council passed the minutes for 17th May 2021.

5. Matters arising from the minutes

  1. Rhysgog road still in need of repair.
  2. It was decide to donate to the Cylch Meithrin £500

6.1 Roads
a. Road widening Pant and Nantdderwen.
b. Work to be done on Quar Road. Trenches need to be cleared. Top of  bridlepath meets Quarry road Gully.
c. White lines on junction by Ardwyn.
d. Road needs resurfacing between Bear House and Bethesda Chapel.

6.2 Tree and Boundary Maintenance.
a. Fencing right hand side of Pont Llanio Hill.

15. Flood resilience group
John Morgan, Pistyllygweheydd, has kindly responded to a request for information received by Llanddewi Brefi Community Council from Ceredigion Council regarding the drainage system from the Quarry road down towards the river. He has also volunteered to meet any Councillor or officer seeking further clarification.
Cllr Rhodri Evans has been copied into this correspondence.
