Minutes of the Community Council Meeting held on 10th December 2018 at the Community Centre
Present:-
Councillors Emmanuel Kincaid (Chairman), JohnLl Griffiths(Vice-Chiarman), Dafydd Lloyd-Jones, Rhodri Evans, Caryl Haf Jones , Lynet Pugh, Eirwen James, Enfys H Davies.

Councillor Lisa Jones apologised for her inability to attend.

4. Minutes
On the proposition of Councillor Lynet Pugh and seconded by Cllr Caryl H. Jones the Council authorised the Chairman to sign the minutes of Community Council meeting held on 12th November.
5. Matters arising from the minutes
1.Logging Lorries
Ceredigion Technical Services will up date the Community Council and Cllr Rhodri Evans in due course.
2. Public Meeting Regarding Flooding
The Community Council decided to have a Public Meeting regarding recent flooding in the village. The Council have requested that people should put forward their questions by the 17th December and a meeting will be arranged for January 2019 with representatives from Ceredigion County Council.

a. Road widening Pant and Nantdderwen.
b. Work to be done on Quar Road.
c. New Grit Bins.
6.2 Tree and Boundary Maintenance.

1. An information notice regarding Communities Programme Capital Grant Scheme.

2. A draft copy of the Budget for 2018/19 and 2019/20 was looked at.
9. Reports
It was decided that a public meeting will be held to raise money for the National Eisteddfod 2020 at Tregaron. Llanddewi Brefi’s Target for contribution towards the Eisteddfod is £5000.00
10. Matters arising from Ceredigion
The Council have been informed that Ceredigion County Council are looking at Budgets.
a. Planning
None.
11. Village Hall and Community Centre Trustees Committee
The Council were informed that the Playground is finished. The Christmas Fair was very successful.
12. Ysgol Henry Richard 3-16
A successful Christmas Fair was held.
13. Cemetery
A letter was received from Mr. E. Davies regarding the damaged grave which is still ongoing.
The Council will talk to One Voice Wales regarding complaints policy.
14. Any other matter
1. Give Way White lines worn away on junction by Nythfa and Ardwyn .
2. Footpaths need to be looked at in the Spring.
