Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Council held on Monday 8th July 2024 at 7:30pm at the Llanddewi Brefi Village Hall.
Draft minutes are published in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 and are subject to approval at the next ordinary meeting of the Community Council.
Present:
Councillors: Cllrs :Dafydd Lloyd Jones (Chair), Rhodri Evans ( Vice Chair) Eirwen James , John Griffiths, Emmanuel Kincaid Gareth Jones, Angela Evans.
Members of Dewi Stars Football Club Committee.
1.To receive apologies

2. Personal Matters.
None.
3. To consider whether the press and public should be excluded from the meeting when considering the following item of business (in accordance with s1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
Resolved.
4. To consider the terms and acceptance of an offer of grant funding.
a. Acceptance of terms and Conditions:
It was resolved to send on acceptance within 7 days if agreed to proceed – no publicity until all conditions judged satisfactory and funders have confirmed we may proceed.
Resolved by all present to go ahead with the project and accept the conditions of the grant.
