4	To discuss and determine the Clerk’s terms of employment.
5	Share information about Gŵyl Bro.
6	To review the attached proposals for new windows and doors to the Hall before submitting a planning application.
7	To authorise payment of planning application fees and cost of location plan.
8	Any other matter.
